Had a fantastic and productive meeting this morning with Rick Burgess—lawyer, dedicated community advocate, and all-around Burlington champion. From receiving BPAC’s Lifetime Achievement Award and the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal to his roles as Board Executive for the Burlington Museums Foundation, co-chair of the Burlington Holiday Market, and leader with the Burlington Community Foundation, Rick’s contributions to our community are countless. I’m incredibly grateful for his endorsement and support as I pursue the Ontario Liberal Party / Parti Libéral de l’Ontario nomination for Burlington. Excited to move forward together for the future of our amazing Burlington community!
